A tour around the Cape Peninsula- normally a 3 hour drive - will take you days as there is so much to see and photograph. From the Mouille Point Lighthouse, all around the coast, some of the points of interest you will see - Campsbay, Llandudno, Hout Bay harbour, Seal Island,the iconic Chapmas's Peak Drive, (route of the Cape Argus cycle tour and the 2 Oceans race. Noorhoek beach (Longbeach) and the Kakapo shipwreck, Kommetjie (Slangkop lighthouse), the old fish factory, Scarborough, Misty Cliffs, Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Point Ostrich Farm, Boulder's Beach - one of two land based Penguin breeding colonies, Simonstown, Kalk Bay, St James, Groot Constantia, Rhodes Memorial and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. This coast line is also famous for surfing and several international competitions are hosted here. The tour will place you on the same route as the Cape Argus Cycling tour and the Two Oceans marathon race - both world renowned for it's beautiful setting. Wondeful land and sea scapes birds, wild animals, vegetation (fynbos) a Wine Farm and so much more to be seen. If we exclude any specific point - it will be because we run out of time - due to hanging around in other spots!
